At SOS, training is a vital part of our service department. Our entire staff of service professionals is equipped with technical training and certification from the manufacturer. Other certifications of our technical staff also include A+, N+ and Microsoft MCP.
Response
Select Office Systems prides itself in our rapid response to requests for service. Our average response time is 4 hours. The whole process begins with talking to a live customer service representative that may be able to fix your problem over the phone. If we can’t fix the problem over the phone, a service call is placed immediately into our computerized dispatching system. A service professional is then notified with the details of the service call and dispatched to your location.
